The Chicora Rotary Club of Myrtle Beach presents its 12th annual “Waves of the Future – Rotary’s Celebration of Horry County Schools.”

The live event will be hosted at The Carolina Opry Theater April 14, 2024.

About Waves

Waves showcases the theatrical talents of children grades K – 12. Waves packs the Carolina Opry Theater and features about 600 students from 16 different schools and all proceeds went to non-profit causes including over $18,000 in 2023 for Horry Schools Fine Arts Programs. Our “fun-raiser” provides funds for the many local and international projects which Rotary supports, including Polio eradication, the Dictionary Program, and Project Happy Feet.

100% of net Ticket sales revenues generated by Waves of the Future are donated to Horry County Schools Fine Arts Department.

In addition to supporting numerous local charities, Chicora Rotary Club uses a portion of the funds raised to support international projects such as providing water and sanitation systems in a remote region of Peru.

The Annual One Day 33% off sale is scheduled for March 19, 2024. Retail adult price of $29.95 is reduced to $19.95. Book early in the day to ensure availability and access the best seats.
